This sturdy steel gate will keep your puppy in place while the patented pet door allows your cat to come and go as s/he pleases. This gate is also equipped with a convenient door for you that has a one-touch release handle that makes it easy for you to pass by too. This all-steel pet gate is non-toxic and chew proof. This gate uses a pressure mount system that makes set-up quick and easy. The Extra Wide Walk-Thru Pet Gate is 30 inches high and has a width that expands from 29 to 34 inches and comes with a 4 inch and a 6 inch extension allowing for a maximum width of 44 inches to cover wide openings. Before Installation:
When you go to set up your new gate you will discover a V-shaped gap between the door and the frame. This is not a defect. This design creates the tension your gate needs in order to stay properly pressure mounted to your wall. Simply compress your gate to fit into the space you are using it in, and then use the adjuster knobs to finish closing the V-shaped gap until the door aligns properly with the frame. Once this is done your gate will be securely pressure mounted.
