Phone Orders:

Orders can be placed by phone Monday – Friday, 9am CST to 5pm CST, by calling our toll free customer service number: 1-877-364-2334.

Customer service is closed on holidays.

When all lines are busy you will be prompted to leave a message, your message will be responded to by the first available representative.

*When you place an order by phone, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and authorizing Dog Beds & Crates Etc. to place your order. An invoice is generated upon placement of your order. Verifying that the information on the invoice is correct is the responsibility of the customer.

Pictures and colors:
Please note when ordering that colors of the products may vary from the pictures shown due to variations in computer monitors.

Inventory Availability:

Inventory availability is based on the most current stock status reports and is subject to change.

RETURNS

Return Policy:

Although we pride ourselves on offering only top quality merchandise, we realize there are occasions where a return is necessary.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to Dog Beds & Crates Etc. (DBCE) or the manufacturer within 30 days of the original shipment as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. DBCE will supply both the RA# and the shipping address for all returns and exchanges.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for all returned items. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping items will always have the actual shipping charges deducted from the amount refunded.

Return Authorization number (RA#) & Refunds.
All returned orders will need a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please send us an e-mail including your name, original order number and billing address. Any orders returned without an RA# will not be accepted. DBCE will supply both the RA# and the shipping address for all returns.

Refunds (less restocking fees and original shipping charges) are credited back to the credit card or PayPal account upon receipt and processing by the manufacturer.

NOTE: DBCE will not accept any returns sent COD!

Personalized items:
Dog Beds & Crates Etc.will not be able to accept returns of personalized items for any reason. Items either embroidered or monogrammed are not able to be restocked or sold.

All orders for personalized items are final and cannot be stopped once production has begun.
