Orders are shipped directly from us or the manufacturer via ground service (or Overnight, 2nd Day or Express) by UPS or FedEx.  Ground shipping time varies from 1-5 business days based on distance to destination.  Shipping times are in addition to the processing times (see below).  Orders with more than one item may ship from different locations and arrive at different times.

 

Normal business days are Monday-Friday.  Deliveries may also take place on Saturdays.

 

 

For express shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day and Express), please allow additional time for processing.  Although most manufacturers will try to process these orders in 24 hours, this is not guaranteed.

 

Express shipment delivery dates are based on a standard business week: Monday thru Friday. Sundays and Holidays are excluded, Saturday deliveries may occur in some locations.  

 

 

Processing times vary with each manufacturer, however, most items are processed within 1-7 business days with 1-3 business days being typical.  Times may be longer especially during peak shopping seasons.
