Orders & Returns Policy

Customer care and satisfaction is a key priority of ours!  We will strive to make sure that your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one!  To help us meet your needs in the best possible way, please note the following:


Pictures and colors:
Please note when choosing your fabric that product colors may vary from the pictures shown due to unavoidable variations in computer monitors. Items returned for this reason are subject to the standard Return Policy.
Inventory Availability:
Inventory availability is based on the most current stock status reports and is subject to change.



Return Policy:
Although we pride ourselves on offering only top quality merchandise, we realize there are occasions where a return is necessary.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of the original shipment as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Items must be returned directly to the manufacturer using a Return Authorization number and return address supplied by Dog Beds & Crates Etc (DBCE). Please email us your return tracking number to ensure effective processing of your return. If a package is not received by the manufacturer, and there is no tracking number to verify the shipment, a refund will not be issued.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer for properly returned items. (We do not accept returns to the central office in Naperville IL: this location is not a warehouse, so any items returned to the Naperville office will be charged a 30% restocking fee to cover the additional restocking costs of transportation to the appropriate warehouse.)
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping is a special offer on select items, offer void on returned goods. Returned items will always have the actual shipping charges (including dimensional shipping costs as well as any oversized or large package fees applied by the shipping company) deducted from the amount refunded. 

Return Authorization number (RA#) & Refunds.
All returned orders will need a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please send us an e-mail including your name, original order number and billing address. Any orders returned without an RA# will not be accepted.  DBCE will supply both the RA# and the shipping address for all returns.
Refunds (less restocking fees and original shipping charges) are credited back to the credit card or PayPal account upon receipt and processing by the manufacturer.
NOTE:  DBCE will not accept any returns sent COD!
Personalized items:
Dog Beds & Crates Etc.will not be able to accept returns of personalized items for any reason. Items either embroidered or monogrammed are not able to be restocked or sold. 
All orders for personalized items are final and cannot be stopped once production has begun. 
All products are subject to their individual manufacturer's warranties which can be found on the manufacturer websites. Please contact manufacturers directly for specific questions regarding warranties.
