Shipping

 

Orders are shipped directly from us or the manufacturer via ground service (or Overnight, 2nd Day or Express) by UPS or FedEx.  Although shipping times cannot be guaranteed, ground shipping time typically vary from 1-5 business days based on distance to destination.  Shipping times are in addition to the processing times (see below).  Orders with more than one item may ship from different locations and arrive at different times.

 

Normal business days are Monday-Friday.  Deliveries may also take place on Saturdays.

 

Express Shipping

 

For express shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day and Express), please allow additional time for processing.  Although most manufacturers will try to process these orders in 24 hours, this is not guaranteed.

 

Express shipment delivery dates are based on a standard business week: Monday thru Friday. Sundays and Holidays are excluded, Saturday deliveries may occur in some locations.  

 

Processing

 

Processing times vary with each manufacturer, however, most items are processed within 1-7 business days with 1-3 business days being typical.  Times may be longer especially during peak shopping seasons.

 

Estimating Delivery Time

 

When estimating delivery time please take both processing and shipping times into considerations (note: all time frames are stated in "standard business days"). If you are concerned about whether an item will arrive on time for a time sensitive delivery, please contact us. Although we cannot guarantee a delivery time, we can help you determine a reasonable estimation of when the order will arrive.

Items listed as free shipping are only good for the 48 Contiguous States and always ship as a standard ground delivery.
